Refund policy

Product Refund 

As each item is made especially for you at the time of ordering, we cannot process returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please make sure to measure each item using the size guides provided within the product descriptions before purchasing. 

The only exception for returns is if you were sent a misprinted/damaged/defective item. You must submit a return request including the order number and images of the item to contact@glutenhatesmyguts.com within 30 days of receiving your items. 

If your return is accepted, our team will work on sending you a new item as soon as possible. If you’re asked to return the original item, we will issue you with a return shipping label and cover any costs.

Any items returned without a request will not be accepted.  

Refunds (for misprinted/damaged/defective items only)
If you submit a refund request for a misprinted/damaged/defective item, you will be asked to provide us with the order number and clear pictures of the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment back into your account. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Please make sure to double check your personal details at checkout to avoid any extra delays or costs.

Gift Card Refund 

If you have purchased a gift card but you have changed your mind/no longer need it, you can request a refund for the amount added to the gift card within 60 days of purchasing. Please get in touch with us on contact@glutenhatesmyguts.com to request a refund. We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse on products purchased within our store using the gift card (as per the policy above). 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment back into your account.
